Terms and Conditions
By using this blog site (the “Site”) and submitting any comment, you agree to Grainne Callan’s Privacy Policy and the www.grainnecallan.com Terms and Conditions. Please review these documents prior to use. Because these documents and these Blogging Site Terms and Conditions may change from time to time, we recommend that you check for updates periodically, as you will be bound by any revisions. If you do not agree to these documents, you should not use this site.
In addition to the above, here are some other things you should know:
- All comments will be reviewed before posting and best efforts will be made to post appropriate comments within 24 hours. We reserve the right to decide what to post. This includes removing posts, and whether we will respond to posts.
- You must use either your real name or nickname when commenting. Absolutely no “keyword” type names will be tolerated. If it even looks suspicious your comment will be deleted. (ie – “Ringtones”, “Watches”, “Free Downloads”, and so on.)
- Please respect other users. This means that comments must not be inappropriate, abusive, contain profanity or be otherwise offensive.
- Please stay on-topic. All comments must relate in some way to the post on which you are commenting.
- We respect copyright laws. By posting, you represent that you have the right to share the material in your posts, including without limitation, trademarks and copyrighted material.
- Absolutely no paid comments are allowed. If you collected a single penny to leave comments you are unwelcome here. If I figure it out 100% of your comments will be marked as Spam and deleted with impunity.
- Do not leave comments just to get on the Top Commenters list. It’s obvious from the timestamps when someone leaves a bunch of comments without even reading the articles just to try and get on the list. All of these will be deleted.
- You must not post any SPAM, links to Spam, Phishing sites, or other harmful content here.
- No harsh, foul, demeaning or overly critical language is allowed. Disagreement and debate are perfectly fine, but let’s keep things civil.
- Comments or opinions expressed on the blog are those of their respective contributors only. The views expressed on this blog do not necessarily represent the views of Grainne Callan. Grainne Callan is not responsible for, and disclaims any and all liability for the content of comments written by contributors to the blog.
Any post found to be in violation of any of these will be modified or deleted without warning.
